Toronto, ON, October 23, 2025 – ONCAP, a private equity platform of Onex Corporation (TSX: ONEX), today announced it is acquiring various collision centers from CSN Collision, one of North America’s networks of collision repair centers..

ONCAP’s investment is expected to enable further expansion with greater resources to better support CSN licensees. The founders of CSN will remain shareholders moving forward; details of the deal were not provided.
