Enlyte Announces Agreement to Acquire PartsTrader

Enlyte has entered into an agreement to acquire PartsTrader, a widely used parts procurement marketplace serving the auto physical damage sector. The transaction is expected to close in 2026, pending regulatory approvals in the United States and New Zealand. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the agreement, PartsTrader will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Enlyte while continuing to operate independently alongside Mitchell’s Auto Physical Damage division. Both PartsTrader and Mitchell are expected to remain open platforms, allowing collision repair shops, insurers, and suppliers to continue working with other technology providers and partners.

Enlyte said the acquisition is intended to align parts procurement and damage appraisal technologies within its broader portfolio. For collision repairers and technicians, the move brings two commonly used systems under the same corporate ownership, though day-to-day operations and brand identities are expected to remain unchanged.
