Owned and operated by Raj Uppal, the shop provides windshield repair and replacement services, ADAS recalibration support, glass financing options and automotive repair services.
“We want to make things easy for drivers,” Uppal explains. “Whatever they need, we aim to help.”
Uppal’s journey into the automotive industry began during his years as a professional semi truck driver. Witnessing firsthand how often vehicles require repairs, from chipped windshields to worn tires, sparked a curiosity that eventually turned into a hands-on career. An ownership opportunity with WARD opened the door, solidifying his passion for automotive service and eventually inspiring the expansion into automotive glass.
Uppal credits his business approach to the values he learned early in life: honesty, accountability, and follow-through. “If something isn’t the right solution for a customer, we say so. We focus on long-term trust, not short-term transactions.”
As modern vehicles continue to evolve, Uppal and his team remain focused on staying ahead of advancing technology—particularly the growing importance of ADAS calibration. NOVUS Glass Saskatoon North has invested in an AUTEL ADAS 900 system, and their location provides an optimized, bright and controlled environment to support technicians working on OEM-aligned recalibrations, improving both workflow efficiency and service quality.
