Pro Spot International announced the appointment of Shawn Collins as Training Director, effective March 30, 2026. The hiring is part of Pro Spot’s strategy to expand its training capabilities to meet the growing demand for advanced technician education.
Collins previously spent 14 years at 3M, where he served as an Advanced Application Engineer and Lead Structural Trainer. His work included developing repair procedures and training programs related to welding, structural adhesives, and paint and body applications. He is an ASE Master Technician, an I-CAR Platinum-certified collision technician, and has more than 25 years of experience as an I-CAR instructor.
In his new role, Collins will lead the development and expansion of Pro Spot’s training programs, working with repair shops, distributors, and industry partners.
