Integration gives technicians direct access to vehicle-specific OEM diagnostic procedures and repair information within the MaxiSYS workflow.
Nov. 2, 2026 — Autel U.S. has partnered with ALLDATA to integrate OEM repair information into its MaxiSYS diagnostic software, allowing technicians to move directly from a vehicle fault code to the corresponding manufacturer diagnostic information.
The integration is available on the MaxiSYS Ultra S2, MS919 S2, and MS909 S2, as well as the MaxiSYS Ultra, MS919, MS909, Ultra ADAS, and Ultra EV tablets.

ALLDATA provides access to original diagnostic and repair information supplied by vehicle manufacturers. Its ALLDATA Repair platform covers more than 44,000 engine-specific vehicles, representing approximately 95 per cent of vehicles on the road. Information includes OEM repair procedures, diagnostic flow charts, technical service bulletins, component locations, specifications, and wiring diagrams.
The integration allows technicians to select a fault code displayed in MaxiSYS and open the associated ALLDATA information for that vehicle. Users can review OEM code descriptions, detection criteria, possible causes, and diagnostic procedures. A split-screen view keeps diagnostic results visible alongside the repair information, allowing technicians to consult factory procedures without leaving the detailing workflow.
Technicians can also follow links to related testing, removal and installation procedures, illustrations, and service precautions. By carrying vehicle and fault-code information into the repair-information platform, the integration reduces the need to search separately for the same vehicle and code.
The system also provides access to ALLDATA Diagnostic Intelligence, which combines OEM repair information, real-world repair intelligence, and AI-assisted insights in one diagnostic workflow.
“Our partnership with Autel is another step toward creating a more connected diagnostic experience for technicians, when vehicle complexity is increasing,” said Satwinder Mangat, president of ALLDATA. “Bringing ALLDATA’s trusted OEM repair information into the diagnostic workflow helps technicians access the OEM information they need when and where they need it.”
“Finding a fault code is only the beginning. The next step is knowing how to test the system, identify the cause, and perform the repair correctly,” said Chloe Hung, CEO of Autel U.S. “Connecting MaxiSYS diagnostics with ALLDATA’s OEM repair information gives technicians a direct path to those answers, right on the tablet they are already using at the vehicle.”
The integration became available Nov. 1, 2026. Existing ALLDATA Repair subscribers can access the feature using their current accounts.
Autel will demonstrate the integration at the SEMA Show in South Hall Lower, Booth 44175, and South Hall Upper, Booth 38179. The technology will also be on display at AAPEX, Booth V5052.
