New tools help collision repairers identify required calibrations, coordinate diagnostic work, and document repairs for reimbursement.
SEMA Nov. 5, 2026 — AirPro + Revv has introduced four new products designed to connect more stages of the advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) repair process, from identifying required calibrations to documenting completed work.
Announced at the 2026 SEMA Show, the products mark the combined company’s first major product launch since AirPro Diagnostics and Revv merged earlier this year.
The new offerings — Identify, Wheel & Tire, Side-by-Side Chrome Extension, and Auggie Air — are intended to help collision repair facilities manage increasingly complex calibration requirements while reducing the need to work across multiple systems and service providers.
ADAS technology is now standard on nearly every new vehicle, but identifying and completing the required calibrations can involve multiple tools, information sources, and service providers. AirPro + Revv addresses these challenges by bringing software, diagnostic services, and repair documentation together in a connected workflow.
The four products address different stages of that process.
Identify reviews original equipment manufacturer (OEM) requirements, repair estimates, and vehicle scan results to determine which calibrations are required. It also asks technicians targeted follow-up questions to identify additional requirements that may not be apparent from the estimate or scan. This information helps technicians verify the required work and document why it is necessary.
Wheel & Tire identifies calibrations associated with tire replacement and alignment work before the job begins. Shops can share supporting OEM documentation with customers to explain why a calibration is required and schedule the work through their shop management system.
The Side-by-Side Chrome Extension brings AirPro diagnostic scans, Revv calibration reports, and work orders together on a single screen. Technicians can review vehicle requirements and job progress without switching between systems. The extension also allows them to request assistance from a remote diagnostic technician directly through Revv.
Auggie Air is a portable front-facing camera calibration tool that attaches to a vehicle’s windshield. Designed for glass repairers, it lets them perform calibrations on-site, indoors or outdoors. The unit folds down to approximately the size of a briefcase.
“AirPro and Revv merged to create a seamless, end-to-end platform,” said Driaan du Toit, CEO of AirPro + Revv. He said the combined technology is intended to help shops identify OEM requirements, complete the necessary work, and produce documentation supporting reimbursement.
The company reports that its combined platform processes more than one million vehicles annually and covers 98 per cent of vehicle brands on the road.
The company demonstrated the four products at the 2026 SEMA Show in Las Vegas.
