June 24, 2026 — CARSTAR Cambridge has received certification from the Collision Performance Network (CPN), a division of OEC, recognizing the facility for maintaining the tools, equipment, training, and repair processes required to repair vehicles from participating automakers in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
The certification adds to a growing list of credentials held by the collision repair facility, which is also certified by Certified Collision Care, Fiat Chrysler (Mopar), Ford, Lincoln, Genesis, Honda and Acura ProFirst, Hyundai, Kia, Nissan, Subaru, and Toyota.
The Collision Performance Network certifies repair facilities that meet program requirements established by participating automakers. Certification is intended to help ensure repairs are completed safely and in accordance with manufacturer standards for increasingly complex vehicle designs and technologies.
“The technical complexities of today’s vehicles make it more critical than ever for consumers to choose a repair facility carefully,” said Stuart Cossar, owner and general manager of CARSTAR Cambridge. “Our technicians receive ongoing training and use specialized tools and equipment to perform repairs according to manufacturer requirements while delivering a high level of customer service.”
Certification requirements are based on automaker standards for vehicle fit, finish, durability, value, and post-collision safety. As vehicle manufacturers continue to introduce lightweight materials, advanced driver-assistance systems, and other new technologies, adherence to repair procedures has become increasingly important to restoring vehicles to pre-collision condition.

CARSTAR Cambridge is part of the Collision Performance Network, a national network of certified collision repair facilities that meet program requirements established by participating automakers.
